“Matt Ryan’s Visit” A Football Fiction Story Trey Sheldon 02/10/09
Once upon a time this little boy was watching the Super Bowl and it was between the Tampa Bay Bucs and the Atlanta Falcons. For some reason, Rookie QB Matt Ryan (Falcons) was not there. I heard a knock on the door.
“This is strange. I never have visitors on Sunday,” I said. “Who is it?” The visitor said “Matt Ryan.” I was so elated!
He took me to the Super Bowl!! I saw the score in the first quarter was 35-7. I was so happy for Matt’s teammates and so was Matt.
When the game was over, we went into the VIP Room. Did I mention that the Falcons won 56-14? They had Gatorade and soda, fruit, vegetables and all that good stuff. What you wanted, you could have.
When I got home, I thanked Matt for this great day. I told my family and they were elated for the Falcons’ undefeated year. That’s the end of one story, but the beginning of another. |
